Tangoe is an enterprise technology management company that manages 10 million devices globally for more than 1,500 brands.
Business Need
Tangoe is a rapidly growing company with a suite of software products ranging from aging incumbent software to state-of-the-art mobile solutions. Tangoe faced challenges and engaged Agilitee to help them build best-of-breed user experiences for a disparate set of software used by customers and employees. Our relationship started in 2012 with UI work for their first mobile apps and web based portals. In 2015 we helped Tangoe launch the InTouch Enterprise Communication product. InTouch is an idea we conceptualized with Tangoe's Founder and CEO. Over two years we ideated, prototyped, designed, developed and ultimately launched this multi-device communication platform (think SLACK) for users on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets as well as desktop web.
