Reducing "No Results" pages from 10.5% to 0% Using AI Powered Semantic Search

Nearly 7/10 eCommerce sites produce "No Search Results Found" pages for users, resulting in a dead end that triggers cart abandonment and high bounce rates. Modernizing a Fortune 500 retailer's legacy lexical search implementation to a vector based semantic paradigm, we were able to reduce occurrences of "no results" pages to zero, resulting in an average conversion rate increase of 17%.
