Ckye is the AI orchestration layer behind every Agilitee engagement.
Three modules. One platform. Built to put Claude — and any frontier model — into production inside enterprise environments, with the governance, auditability, and architectural discipline that real systems require.

Why Ckye
The problems CIOs are actually trying to solve in 2026 — and the outcomes Ckye delivers.
Every team is using Claude differently. Every initiative is wiring it to your systems differently. The pilots produce wins. None of them aggregate into a platform. Ckye is the platform — one orchestration layer, one set of governance controls, one architecture every team builds on.
Adoption is anecdotal. Code acceptance rates are guesses. Costs are spread across procurement, IT, and individual team budgets. You can't report what you can't measure. Ckye instruments every AI session — adoption, acceptance rates, cost per workload, agent performance — so you can show your board what's working and where to invest next.
Senior engineers leave. Tribal knowledge goes with them. New hires take six months to ramp. Ckye captures architectural decisions, business logic, and patterns as code is written — versioned in your repo, queryable by every Claude session, owned by your team forever.
Claude writes code that compiles. That's not the same as code that fits your architectural patterns, your security model, your performance requirements, or your team's standards. As AI-generated code becomes the majority of your codebase, the gap between "compiles" and "belongs" becomes a structural risk. Ckye Sentinel catches that drift before it ships.
The economics of shipping software have changed, but your contracts haven't caught up. Ckye, paired with Agilitee's Forward Deployed pods, is how clients are replacing teams of 12-20 with teams of 3-5 — without losing throughput, quality, or institutional ownership.
Today it's Claude. Tomorrow it might be Claude plus something else. Compliance regimes, workload-specific economics, and emerging models will all push you toward optionality. Ckye is model-flexible by design. Claude leads, others route in when they fit. The orchestration layer doesn't pick the winner. You do.
What Ckye Is
Ckye is the orchestration layer that sits between your enterprise systems and the frontier models you're trying to put into production. Below it: your data, your codebase, your tickets, your design files, your deployment infrastructure. Above it: the Claude (or other model) sessions, agents, and workflows that do the work. Ckye is what makes the connection real.
Without an orchestration layer, every AI initiative inside an enterprise becomes its own bespoke integration — different teams wiring Claude into different systems with different patterns, different prompts, different governance, and different audit trails. The pilots ship. The platform doesn't.
Ckye is the platform. It's how Agilitee's pods deliver Claude inside enterprise environments at scale, and it's how those engagements stay durable after we wind down — because the orchestration layer is yours.
The Three Modules
Ckye Core is the free orchestration layer every Agilitee client gets. Ckye Catalog and Ckye Sentinel are Enterprise Extensions that compound Core's value for organizations operating at architectural scale.
How Ownership Works
Ckye is licensed to Agilitee clients under a Business Source License (BSL). The structure is straightforward.
You own your instance.
Your deployment, your configurations, your context library, your custom personas, your workflows — all yours. No license fee for Ckye Core. No royalty. No usage cap.
You own your data.
Ckye runs in your environment, on your infrastructure. Your code, your tickets, your design files, your customer data — none of it leaves your boundary unless you send it somewhere on purpose.
You own your contributions.
Improvements your team makes to Ckye Core can be contributed back, extended internally, or kept private. We handle contribution licensing through standard CLAs.
Agilitee owns the Ckye codebase.
We continue to develop and maintain Core, Catalog, and Sentinel, and clients running Ckye benefit from Core improvements as they ship. Catalog and Sentinel are licensed separately under the Enterprise Extensions clause.
The BSL is real.
It's the same model HashiCorp, MariaDB, and other commercial open-source platforms use. The visibility and ownership are real. The commercial protection is real. Both can be true at the same time.
Why Model -
Flexible
Claude is the best model for enterprise work today. Anthropic is the right strategic partner for the firms shipping into regulated, governance-heavy environments. We've made that bet, and we're public about it.
But "best today" is not "best forever." Workloads will diverge. Compliance regimes will demand specific deployment options. New models will emerge. An orchestration layer that can only route to one model is a liability waiting to be paid.
Ckye routes to whichever model fits the workload. Claude as the lead, others when they're the right tool for the job. The orchestration layer doesn't pick the winner. You do.
The point of an orchestration platform is not to replace your judgment about which model to run. It's to give you a place to stand while the underlying technology keeps moving.

Who Ckye Is For
Ckye is built for enterprises that want Claude in production — at scale, with governance, with audit trails, and with their team in the driver's seat. It's the right fit for organizations that:
Have made the strategic bet on AI-native software delivery and need the platform to make that bet real.

Ckye is not a self-serve product. It's an enterprise platform delivered through Agilitee engagements. The platform is open. The engagement is real.
Let's talk about how Ckye fits in your environment.
Every Ckye deployment looks slightly different — depending on your stack, your team, your compliance requirements, and what you're trying to ship. We start every engagement with a real conversation about all of it.

Let's talk about how to move faster than your delivery model is built for.
Most software delivery models were built for a world that no longer exists. Yours probably was. We start every engagement with a real conversation, with our experts, about what you're trying to build, what's in your way, and whether we're the right team to help.
